We work on historic, commercial, institutional, and residential buildings across Canada and internationally. RTM is known for skilled craftsmanship, professional site work, and high-quality restoration and construction projects.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to support our roofing, masonry, restoration, and general contracting crews on active construction sites.

What You’ll Do

• Assist roofing, masonry, restoration, and general contracting crews with daily site tasks
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
• Help with site setup, cleanup, and daily shutdown
• Carry tools, equipment, scaffolding materials, roofing materials, masonry materials, and general construction supplies
• Support demolition, preparation, installation, and restoration work as directed
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow instructions from foremen, lead hands, and site supervisors
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical labour and lift materials
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Willingness to learn roofing, masonry, restoration, and general construction skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with a crew
• Construction experience is an asset but not required
• Roofing, masonry, restoration, or general labour experience is an asset
• Working at Heights and WHMIS are assets
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience
